AGJA congratulates Justice Navi Pillay on her election to the position of President of the Advisory Council of the International Nuremberg Principles Academy

The Africa Group for Justice and Accountability (AGJA) and the Wayamo Foundation wish to extend their warm congratulations to Justice Navi Pillay on her election to the position of President of the Advisory Council of the International Nuremberg Principles Academy.  

A founding member of the Africa Group, Pillay is a distinguished and renowned South African  jurist and advocate for human rights, a former Judge at both the International Criminal Court  and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and has served as the United Nations High  Commissioner for Human Rights from 2008 until 2014.  

The Africa Group for Justice and Accountability and the Wayamo Foundation look forward to  their continued work with Justice Pillay and wish her many success in her new post.
